构成业务和不构成业务的区别
因为该业务是否是构成业务其是不同的，构成业务说明其能够独立核算，独立形成利润，不构成业务说明其不能独立形成利润，因此其最终处理是不同的。这是根据会计准则的规定进行的处理。不构成业务，此时属于投资方与被投资方直接处置一项资产，此时属于内部交易，因此应该将其实现的利润抵消掉。
